1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at https://committedcollision.com/ or using our auto body and collision repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services
Committed Collision & Auto Body Center provides:
- Collision repair process
- Auto body repair
- Mechanical repair
- ADAS calibration
- Towing services
- Rust repair
- Paint and refinishing services
- Insurance claim assistance
- Vehicle damage assessment
- Parts procurement and installation
- Related automotive repair services
3. Service Agreements and Estimates
Estimates
- All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection
- Additional damage discovered during repair may result in supplemental estimates
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
Work Authorization
- Written authorization is required before beginning any repair work
- Changes to authorized work require additional written approval
- Customer is responsible for all authorized work and related charges
Parts and Materials
- We use quality parts and materials appropriate for each repair
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts will be used when specified
- Alternative parts may be used with customer approval or insurance requirements
- Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications
4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, credit cards, and insurance payments.
Payment Due
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- Insurance deductibles are due at time of vehicle pickup
- Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees and interest charges
Lien Rights
We reserve the right to retain possession of your vehicle until full payment is received, as permitted by applicable law.
5. Insurance Claims
Insurance Coordination
- We work directly with insurance companies to facilitate claims
- Customer is ultimately responsible for all charges
- Any disputes between customer and insurance company must be resolved by the customer
- We are not responsible for insurance coverage limitations or claim denials
Deductibles and Coverage
- Customer is responsible for insurance deductibles
- Coverage limitations are between customer and insurance provider
- Additional charges beyond insurance coverage are customer’s responsibility
6. Vehicle Storage and Bailment
Storage Terms
- Vehicles are stored at customer’s risk
- Storage fees may apply for vehicles not picked up within 7 days of completion
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
- Vehicles may be moved as necessary for business operations
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability for stored vehicles is limited to reasonable care
- We are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or acts of nature
- Customer should remove all personal items before leaving vehicle
7. Warranties
Workmanship Warranty
- We warrant our workmanship for [X] months or [X] miles, whichever comes first
- Warranty covers defects in our workmanship only
- Warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse, or damage from accidents
- Warranty repairs must be performed at our facility
Parts Warranty
- Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications
- Warranty claims must be made promptly upon discovery
- We reserve the right to inspect warranty claims
Warranty Limitations
- Warranties are void if vehicle is modified or repaired elsewhere
- Customer must follow recommended maintenance procedures
- Warranty does not cover consequential damages
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for loss of use, rental car costs beyond what we provide, or other indirect damages
- These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability
